We promise our tenants that any regular (non-emergency) maintenance requests entered via our website on a weekday will be addressed within 48 hours. Emergency requests will be addressed immediately, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We provide a chain lock on all exterior doors of all our properties for our tenants' improved safety.
No smoking inside the house or apartment is allowed.
No beer kegs are allowed anywhere on the premises.
No candles are allowed anywhere on the premises.
No electric, charcoal, or gas grills and no fire pits or open flames of any kind are allowed anywhere on the premises.
We provide sufficient working, safe outlets in our properties. As a result, no extension cords (which are a serious fire hazard) are needed or permitted anywhere on the premises. Only a cord with a circuit protection strip is allowed. Any cord placed in the strip must go directly to the appliance it serves.
Only exterior use furniture (patio furniture, no upholstered furniture) is allowed on any porch or deck.
Sorry, no pets are allowed. A fish in a bowl/tank of capacity of no greater than one gallon of water is allowed.
