Note:  All lease dates are final.  Delayed move-out is never guaranteed.

Outside the Laundry Room (Room LR, South West corner of 81 W Norwich, Columbus OH) there is a black information box containing move-out envelopes.  Each unit’s residents must submit the following in an envelope: 

    1. All keys to the Unit, Mail Box, and Laundry Room

    2. Parking Permit (if applicable)

Write your unit number (example: "Unit 75A") on the envelope and place it in the Secure Drop Box on the exterior of the Laundry Room at 81 W Norwich.

Per the lease terms, security deposit funds will be postmarked and returned within 30 days of lease expiration.  Choose ONE tenant from your unit to complete the Security Deposit Return Form.
