    1.  Read the signed lease

    2.  Print Guaranty to Lease and then complete, sign and have it notarized

    3.  Email the Guaranty to Lease and a copy of driver’s license to cbusbestrentals@gmail.com

**The above steps must be completed within 4 days of us providing the final lease.**
